No Returns or Refunds

Because we are a small business, and due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once they have been purchased. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Manufacturing Damages

We meticulously inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. However, in the highly unlikely event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit due to damage, you must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect clearly visible.

• The unboxing video must be recorded the moment the package is received and opened.
• Please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and provide the unboxing video along with your order number.
• We will review the video and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and support for our small business!
